Welcome to RAISSA MARIA. These Terms & Conditions are intended to create clarity, safety and mutual respect. By booking a session, registering for an event, purchasing or accessing paid content, or using this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

RAISSA MARIA offers spiritual teaching, channeling, intuitive guidance, energetic and soul-level healing, Akashic Records work, guided meditations, workshops, events and related spiritual services and content.

​

Services and events are provided online unless stated otherwise.

​

This work is intended for spiritual exploration, personal growth, self-awareness and personal development. It is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, legal, financial or other professional advice.

RAISSA MARIA does not diagnose, treat or prescribe for medical or psychological conditions. If you are experiencing physical or mental health concerns, please consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

2. NATURE OF THE WORK & DISCLAIMER

Spiritual, intuitive and energetic work is experiential and subjective by nature. Individual experiences and outcomes may vary.

No specific result, outcome or experience can be guaranteed. The messages, guidance, insights and spiritual teachings shared through this work are intended to offer spiritual perspective and guidance.

​

You remain responsible for your own choices, actions and decisions, including how you interpret or apply information received through sessions, events, workshops, recordings or other content.

3. BOOKING & ELIGIBILITY

By booking a 1:1 session, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• You are booking the session for yourself, or, where applicable, for your own animal.

• You understand the nature and scope of the service you are booking.

​

A 1:1 session may not be booked on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and involvement.

​

Any additional eligibility requirements for a particular event, workshop or other offering will be stated on the relevant page.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

Information shared during a private 1:1 session is treated with care, discretion and confidentiality.

​

Any notes taken in connection with a private session are kept securely and are not shared with third parties unless required by law or otherwise permitted under the Privacy Policy.

​

Additional confidentiality agreements may be discussed before a private session where appropriate.

​

Please note that group events and workshops are different from private 1:1 sessions. Other participants may hear or see information you voluntarily share during a group experience. You are therefore responsible for deciding what personal information you feel comfortable sharing in a group setting.

5. SESSION RECORDINGS

You are welcome to take notes or make a personal recording of your 1:1 session unless otherwise stated.

​

Where RAISSA MARIA records a session for you, the recording will be provided privately and handled in accordance with the applicable service information and Privacy Policy.

​

Recordings, written readings and other session content are for your personal use only. They may not be publicly shared, reproduced, distributed, sold, published or used commercially without prior written permission from RAISSA MARIA.

6. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

To honour the time reserved for each private session, the following cancellation policy applies:

• A 1:1 session may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Where cancellation takes place at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the client may receive a refund or reschedule the session, subject to any applicable statutory rights.

• Cancellations or requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

• Missed sessions or no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late to a 1:1 session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time and the full session fee remains applicable.

This allows scheduled time boundaries and other appointments to be respected.

8. TECHNICAL ISSUES

If a significant technical issue on the side of RAISSA MARIA prevents a 1:1 session from taking place as intended, a reasonable alternative will be offered, such as rescheduling the affected time.

​

If a technical issue occurs on the client's side, reasonable efforts will be made to reconnect. However, the originally scheduled session time will normally continue.

​

For online events and workshops, participants are responsible for having a suitable internet connection and compatible device. Individual technical difficulties on a participant's side do not normally entitle the participant to a refund where the event itself is available and delivered as described, subject to mandatory consumer law.​​​​

9. EVENTS & WORKSHOPS

Event and workshop details, including the date, time, format, duration, price and what is included, are stated on the relevant event or workshop page.

​

Registration is personal unless expressly stated otherwise. Access links may not be shared with other people.

​

Where an event includes access to a replay, this will be clearly stated in the event description. Replay access is not automatically included with every event.

​

If RAISSA MARIA cancels an event without providing an appropriate alternative, participants will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled event, in accordance with applicable law.

​

If an event is rescheduled, participants will be informed of the new arrangements and any applicable options.

​

Any right to cancel a registration and receive a refund is subject to the cancellation conditions communicated for the particular event and to applicable Dutch consumer law.

​

 

10. RECORDING OF EVENTS & WORKSHOPS

Certain online events and workshops may be recorded. Where an event is being recorded, this will be communicated to participants.

Depending on how you participate, your display name, image and/or voice may appear in the recording. This may occur, for example, if you turn on your camera, speak during the event or are selected to participate in a Q&A.

If you do not wish to be visually identifiable in a recording, you should keep your camera turned off and may use a non-identifying display name. If you do not wish your voice to be included, you should not participate verbally in recorded portions of the event.

Where recordings containing participant contributions are made available as replays or otherwise used after the live event, the handling of personal data will be further described in the Privacy Policy and any information provided in connection with the relevant event.

11. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

RAISSA MARIA is committed to creating respectful spaces for everyone participating in sessions, workshops and events.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward RAISSA MARIA and other participants.

​

RAISSA MARIA reserves the right to remove or exclude a participant where their behaviour is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, sexually inappropriate, intentionally disruptive or otherwise significantly interferes with the safety, wellbeing or experience of RAISSA MARIA or other participants.

​

A participant may also be removed for serious or repeated violations of event guidelines, boundaries or these Terms & Conditions.

Where a participant is reasonably removed because of their own conduct, no refund will normally be provided, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

​

 

12. REPLAYS, COURSES & DIGITAL CONTENT

Replays, recorded workshops, courses, meditations, audio recordings, videos, written materials and other digital content are provided for the purchaser's personal use only unless expressly stated otherwise.

​

Access may not be shared, transferred, reproduced, resold, uploaded, distributed or otherwise made available to other people without prior written permission from RAISSA MARIA.

​

Where access is described as permanent or lifetime access, this refers to access for as long as RAISSA MARIA reasonably continues to host and make that content available, unless the relevant purchase page expressly states otherwise.

​

Where Dutch or EU consumer law provides a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, that right will be respected. Where immediate access to digital content is requested and the statutory requirements for loss of the right of withdrawal are met, the right of withdrawal may end once access or delivery begins.

​

 

13. CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Where you are legally entitled to a statutory cooling-off period or right of withdrawal under Dutch consumer law, those rights remain fully applicable and are not limited by these Terms.

​

For online services and digital content, different rules may apply depending on the nature of the purchase, when performance begins and whether immediate access to digital content has been requested.

​

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, information about exercising that right will be provided in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

14. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking or purchase unless another payment arrangement is expressly offered.

The price and what is included will be stated on the relevant service, event, workshop or product page before purchase.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, all content created and shared by RAISSA MARIA remains the intellectual property of RAISSA MARIA.

This includes, but is not limited to, website content, written materials, channeled messages and transmissions, spiritual teachings, guided meditations, audio and video recordings, workshop and event content, course materials, exercises, PDFs, written readings, graphics and other original materials.

Purchasing or receiving access to content does not transfer intellectual property rights.

​

Content may not be copied, reproduced, recorded for redistribution, republished, sold, distributed, publicly shared or used commercially without prior written permission from RAISSA MARIA, except where permitted by law.

​

16. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR END SERVICES

RAISSA MARIA reserves the right to refuse, discontinue or end a session or other service where:

• A client behaves in a disrespectful, aggressive, abusive or inappropriate manner.

• Personal or professional boundaries are repeatedly or seriously violated.

• Continuing the service would no longer be appropriate or consistent with the integrity of the work.

 

Where a service is ended because of serious misconduct or a material breach of these Terms by the client, no refund will normally be provided for the affected service, to the extent permitted by law.

This provision does not affect statutory consumer rights.

​

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RAISSA MARIA will provide services and content with reasonable care and in accordance with the description provided at the time of purchase.

​

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RAISSA MARIA is not liable for losses resulting solely from a participant's personal interpretation or application of spiritual guidance, teachings or experiential content.

​

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

​

18. WEBSITE & EXTERNAL SERVICES

RAISSA MARIA may use third-party platforms and services to provide sessions, events, recordings, payments or other functionality.

​

While reasonable care is taken in selecting and using these services, their availability and operation may also be subject to the terms, privacy practices and technical functionality of the relevant third-party provider.

​

Links to external websites or services are provided for convenience and do not make RAISSA MARIA responsible for external content or services.

​

19. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

​

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of any mandatory protections that apply under applicable consumer law.

​

Any dispute will be handled by the competent court in accordance with applicable law.

​

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the services, website or applicable legal requirements.

The most current version will be available on this website, together with the date of the latest update.

​

Changes do not retroactively remove rights that arose under the terms applicable to an earlier purchase where the law does not permit this.
