1. Scope of Services

RAISSA MARIA offers spiritual coaching, healing sessions, channeled guidance, Akashic Records readings, past life regression, and related spiritual and intuitive services. All services are provided online unless stated otherwise.

These services are intended to support personal growth, self-awareness, and spiritual development.

They are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or professional advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical or psychological condition. If you are experiencing physical or mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

2. Nature of the Work & Disclaimer

Spiritual and intuitive work is experiential and subjective by nature. Individual experiences, insights, and outcomes vary.

We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or interpretations. Any insights, guidance, or information shared during a session are offered as supportive perspectives, not absolute truths.

You remain fully responsible for your own choices, actions, and decisions following a session. RAISSA MARIA is not liable for outcomes or consequences arising from how you apply the information received.

3. Booking & Eligibility

By booking a session, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age

• You are booking the session for yourself (or, where applicable, for your own animal)

• You understand the nature and scope of the services offered

Sessions may not be booked on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and involvement.

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

Your privacy and confidentiality are held to a very high standard.

Everything shared during sessions remains strictly private and is treated with care and discretion. Any notes taken are kept securely and are never shared.

Additional confidentiality agreements (NDAs) can be discussed prior to a session if this provides extra peace of mind.

Please note that confidentiality may only be broken if required by law.

5. Session Recordings

You are welcome to take notes or record sessions for personal use only.

Recordings, written readings, or any session content may not be shared, distributed, published, or used commercially in any way without prior written consent.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To honour the time intentionally reserved for you, the following policy applies:

• Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Cancellations or reschedules made within this window are eligible for rescheduling or refund in accordance with these Terms.

• Sessions cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable.

• Missed sessions (no-shows) are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

This policy ensures fairness, clarity, and respect for all scheduled sessions.

7. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The full session fee remains applicable.

This allows us to honour time boundaries and other scheduled commitments.

8. Technical Issues

If a technical issue occurs on our side, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

If the issue occurs on the client’s side, we will make a reasonable effort to reconnect. However, the original session time will continue as scheduled.

9. Packages, Memberships & Digital Products

Specific terms may apply to packages, memberships, digital products, or longer journeys. These terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Unless stated otherwise:

• Packages are paid upfront

• Digital products are non-refundable

• Memberships continue until cancelled in accordance with the stated policy

 

10. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in euros (EUR). Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Prices reflect the depth, preparation, expertise, and energetic presence involved in the work.

From time to time, gentle pricing options may be available at our discretion and capacity.

 

11. Right to Refuse or End Sessions

We reserve the right to refuse or end a session if:

• A client behaves in a disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate manner

• Boundaries are not honoured

• The session is no longer aligned with safety or integrity

In such cases, no refund is provided.

 

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, audio, written readings, meditations, and materials, remains the intellectual property of RAISSA MARIA unless stated otherwise.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

 

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAISSA MARIA shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in services, use of the website, or reliance on information provided.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Dutch law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
