2. Booking, Payment & Eligibility

• Booking: Schedule sessions via your online account or email. Clients may only book for themselves or, in the case of animal readings, for their own pets. Booking for others is not permitted.

• Payment: Accepted via [list accepted payment methods]. No deposits required.

• Refunds:

  • Sessions are refundable only if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Digital products and workshops are non-refundable, unless required by law.

• Eligibility: Clients must be of legal age in their region.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, No-Shows & Late Arrivals

• Cancellations: Eligible for a full refund if made at least 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours: non-refundable.

• Rescheduling: Up to 24 hours in advance via email or online account. Clients are responsible for rescheduling.

• No-Shows: Charged in full; session cannot be rescheduled.

• Late Arrivals: Session is shortened by late time, but full fees apply.

4. Client Responsibilities & Conduct

Clients must:

• Provide accurate booking information

• Attend sessions on time

• Use services for personal growth and spiritual development only

• Behave respectfully and with good intentions

I reserve the right to end or refuse a session at any time if a client is rude, aggressive, disruptive, or has intentions not aligned with the session’s purpose.

5. Session Delivery

• Online via video calls, email, or written messages

• Clients responsible for technology (internet, camera, microphone)

• Clients may record sessions for personal use only

• Sharing, distribution, or commercial use of sessions or readings is prohibited

• Services, workshops, and digital products support spiritual growth and personal development

• Refunds/Exchanges: Non-refundable unless required by law
